Small town is a classic. I'll never grow tired of hearing that one in concert.

Yellow Moon has been a huge grower for me. While I liked it immediately, it has quietly emerged as one of my favourite "slow-burn" tracks in the catalog. I put it in that same category as Release, Immortality, NAIS, Long Road, Parting Ways, All or none, etc which are mid-tempo songs with a nice build, and typically quite powerful. It's been a few albums since we've had a good one (sorry Inside Job), and I'm really happy to see this type of song come back.

While I've really enjoyed the acoustic/softer songs on LB and BS, it's stuff like Yellow Moon that really gets me salivating. Nothing better than Eddie using that lower register and then building up the chorus until Mike lets loose on a soaring solo.

I love this song. The music, melody and the lyrics really grab me as well. It's got such depth! A depth that has been absent since Riot Act in my opinion. Really powerful live too. Such a sad song that at the same times conveys a sense of acceptance and being at peace with ones decision to end it on their own terms.

I adore the part at 2:36-2:42, "black and white fades (big buildup) Yellow Moon on the rise.."

Yellow moon has come up for me also. It sounds like an Irish traditional air, that's probably why. But when it starts 'bumping up against each other' it's really great.

I listened to Stip's tracklist yesterday (after not listening to the album for a fortnight or so). There's some good stuff here. They sequenced it poorly (Stip did a better job) and there are 3-4 terrible tracks but if I'm honest it is as good as I'd wanted/expected. The mic distortion on Pendulum still irritates the hell out of me though.

It is. Not their greatest song but it's pretty good. Wrigley really primed people to hate it, I think
