It's almost like America doesn't have enough cinemas or something.

Re: STAR WARS SPOILER THREAD. SPOILERS WITHIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Before I read any of the posts in the thread
I enjoyed it. It "felt" rightish. Which is good.
Cons:
The first 10 minutes felt like "HEY GUYS LOOK PRACTICAL EFFECTS!
Hey Look, a heavily advertised chrome trooper who is in... less than a minute of the movie
McP called 89% of the movie a year ago
At times the fan service felt forced
It really was just a repackaged New Hope
Pros:
I really like Oscar Isaac. He is immensely likable.
I was afraid the female Jedi thing would feel out of place. It wasn't. She did a nice job.
BB-8 was as cute as advertised, and I enjoyed watching him on screen.
The way they killed off Han was pretty solid.
At one point, maybe right after they killed off Han, I realized that despite knowing it was building toward a Luke ending, I realized that I didnt need too much Luke to enjoy the movie
The Leia/Han stuff was good
Im glad they didnt drag out the Han is your father stuff.
My kids really enjoyed it

Lol. I was supposed to go to Denver to see the Israel Nash concert but I totally forgot about it. I blame Star Wars.

Re: STAR WARS SPOILER THREAD. SPOILERS WITHIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The one thing I am trying to remind myself is this is the first film in a planned Trilogy arc, so these are introductions to Captain Phasma, Snoke, etc. They will probably play a much larger role moving forward and be explained later on.
