Hopefully not. You'd expect even RMers to be smarter than that.washing machine wrote:One has to wonder if the actual 2020 libertarian candidate would have earned any more votes than who is currently listed on the RM poll.

I feel like every single person on the internet (or Twitter) is posting or tweeting some version of this today. Everyone wants to cover their ass. That's not to say it's not valid, but no one will remember if a person says they feel like Trump may win and Biden takes it in a walk. If they say the opposite, it's 2016 all over again.Bi_3 wrote:spike wrote:I don’t trust polls much since 2016, but this is looking sexy.

Yeah, but the red team will be stronger on 03.Nov than the blue team will be so it might be enough to overcome the early voting margins...

If it weren't for polls, whats the point of the internet, burt? are you saying we should shut down RM?BurtReynolds wrote:We're gonna find out one way or the other about the polls this week, so why worry about it?
Unless you think polls are just a means of manufacturing consent (which...yeah of course), in that case you'd need to prop up the legitimacy of polls before the election.
It's also probably something along the lines of "we don't want to feel responsible for the blue team rioting when they lose via the Electoral College"digster wrote:I feel like every single person on the internet (or Twitter) is posting or tweeting some version of this today.
