Yeah, but do you get the sense that he's a lot more beleaguered today than last time? I feel like with every answer he gives, he's quickly scanning everything he knows about his position vis-a-vis this and Mueller's investigation, and he gives the best possible answer as quick as he can. Last time he looked like a man confident he'd get off; today he looks considerably less sure.

Sessions appears to push back in his answer. I'm sure he'd rather his investigation focus on emails, as that will be more useful for muddying the waters re:Russian interference, but I doubt the president will like him dismissing Benghazi or Uranium bs.

It's really weird to watch Sessions vacillate between hemming and hawing his answers to questions about foreign election intervention, and openly defying the president whose campaign the intervention was in support of, and which he was on.

Not a lot of groundbreaking testimony today, but this is pretty dang entertaining as far as political theater goes.
