still awaiting my shipping notice... got in touch with antonline and they said i should receive a notice anytime between now and the 12th
but at least i have solace in that i saved about 60 dollars by not picking one up in a store if they happen to be there while i wait

Worst part is that I'm waiting at my parents house. Microsoft viewed my address, which is 1 mile away, as a foreign address. My parents are on vacation. I'm guessing signature isn't required, but I'd rather not risk it.

That's how a lot of online sellers used to be. In some states, if the store does not have any physical locations in state, they do not have to charge sales tax. That's how Amazon used to work in PA.
Missouri changed their laws a few years ago to charge sales tax for all online orders. Not sure why Antonline doesn't apply.
