I think the two I grabbed at the end are pretty good songs. Rather than those outtakes, I almost grabbed Huckleberry Crumble over About a Fool. What does RM think of Huckleberry Crumble?

It sounds like a bad Aerosmith knockoff.

I really like About A Fool though. Good pick with that one.

I really like both About A Fool and Heed the Water Whisperer. The latter is just so odd, what album was it an outtake from? Sounds like it could have worked on Tiny Music.

So here's the deal: A 12 team bracket will whittle down to three teams. This is why I didn't want to have a bracket that wasn't divisible by 4.

I propose this:

We have 12 rounds of voting, but it's Survivor style. For the next 12 days, we discuss, debate and vote via poll (I would need polling powers or a pollster to set this up.) Last team standing wins.

Or, we could whittle down to three teams and then do survivor style voting for those last three.

Plan A: Vote a team off the island for each round.

Plan B: Bracket style face off (randomized of course) for two rounds, until there are three left. Then spend the last rounds voting two of those three teams off the island.

Why wouldn’t we just do 1v1 matchups?

I'd vote for Plan A if it we had enough voters. Seems like a neat twist on this type of tournament. But, I'm not sure there'd be enough people voting to make it work.
