Voicemail systems that give you instructions at the end. "Leave your message after beep. When you're done, press # or just hang up."
Yeah, I fucking know how voicemail works! Why the fuck am I even calling a person!?

Similarly, when my voicemail tells me too much extraneous information -- "You have... ONE... NEW... message... from phone number xxx-xxx-xxxx.... received TODAY.. October... 27th... at 1:57 PM"
Fuck off. I know the number because it's in my missed calls log! I know when it was received! I don't care what time I missed the call! Just fucking play the goddamn message!
