Exactly.

A couple jobs ago, I technically worked inside an HR department because it included Legal and Communications peeps. They do deal with a lot of messed up sh$%.

If you have someone in HR you trust, talk to them (not in writing). If not, then I never understood this to be a big difficult decision. Just give the $$ back soon.

She was actually one of the better ones I talked to on the phone and the interview went well.

We’re very competitive within our markets. One of the problems is hospitals in the area are paying people $10-15/ hr more than what we can afford to pay.
