You're On Your Own, Kid is one of the best things that she's done.
There, I said it.

maybe it's just me, but i could easily recognize which songs she did with Dessner without looking at the credits.Bi_3 wrote:dad wrote:switching to the 3am Edition so i can hear the tracks she did with Aaron Dessner.
Replying to this to make sure everyone buys the right version. Get the 3am version, not the basic Becky one!

Love you bro, but after listen one my take is the opposite. Maroon (love this), Anti-Hero (the most Taylor song she's done in a decade), SOTB, and You're On Your Own are great. It devolves into Reputation-era tracks starting with Midnight Rain. Only first listen though and I didn't make it past Karma due to no traffic on the Beltway today.daft twat wrote:“Lavender Haze,” “Vigilante Shit,” and “Karma” are my early faves. I think the B-side is stronger than the A. I listened to the 3 A.M. tracks, but I had fatigue at that point. Really wish she’d held off on releasing those for a month. 20 tracks is too many to digest.
I might be with you in a month. It’s pretty rare that my favorites out of the gate remain my favorites. The richer songs usually take time.Bi_3 wrote:Love you bro, but after listen one my take is the opposite.Maroon (love this), Anti-Hero (the most Taylor song she's done in a decade), SOTB, and You're On Your Own are great.
