Haha no chance.
Im always talking kms. Im slow as fuck these days. Focusing on form more than anything. I have developed very bad form/habits.

Tonight was one of those runs where as soon as I left I felt I would need to poop about halfway through but it never came. Just listened to Helmet and finished my run.

Ran shirtless tonight. 3.26 mi at 6:44 pace. I went to a food truck rally today and ate tacos cheese curds and a tenderloin though so felt sort of bloated.
