Man, they are advertising THE FUCK out of that predator movie. Every ad in my algorithm for the last 2 or 3 weeks is that movie.

For some reason, for the very first time ever, I actually kinda wanna watch a Predator movie. And I'm not sure why, honestly. I'm so conflicted and a little angry about it.

as a woman almost completely uninterested in action-horror power fantasies of the 70s and 80s, everything Dan Trachtenberg has done is gold, from 10 Cloverfield Lane, to Prey, Killer of Killers... I haven't seen Badlands yet but I'm looking forward to watching it on my TV, I trust him

What's your take on the other films in the franchise?

I've only ever seen the first one, and I haven't watched that since I was like 10 years old.

I heard "this time, a female Comanche warrior fights the Predator, directed by 10 Cloverfield Lane guy" and that was my entry into the franchise

It must have worked, because I found myself watching it this afternoon for some reason. It was pretty good. I enjoyed it.

Predator and AVP are the only great Predator movies. Which is a real shame.
