I'm turning a corner on Jakey G. I used to be a pretty big fan but then recently heard him on a podcast and he sounds like kind of a douche. He was even talking up this roadhouse movie and it looks so lame.

I'm not saying that there are no good movies that go straight to streaming, I just struggle to take them seriously. I know it's not entirely rational, it's just how I feel.

yeah this is an awful take when they put Night Swim in theatres; the question of where to release your movie is now meaningless and the cinema is too expensive
