2.5 miles in a meh 10:05 pace. I didn't try to go all out, but I'm ready to regain my form.

Second mile was faster than the first! I’m going 3 tomorrow. It’s crazy how much better I was earlier in the year.

I've only been able to manage 2 miles the last few times. Today was better overall than the last few, but i'm still struggling a bit.

Running is literally all struggle. The most taxing excercise there is. Even a good run is just struggle.

Pretty sure the humidex has us at 100+ on Saturday.

And I will probably bike tomorrow. Maybe I will run though.

And also I think doing shorter runs and more frequently is better for me rn.

I haven't even hit 16kms yet this year which is embarrassing.

Honestly I will probably just force a half marathon in the fall and consider it a season. Doubt I will do many long runs otherwise at this point.

Same on the frequent shorter runs.

Just 16kms?

I ran 7.2 miles yesterday. Felt fantastic. I probably would have kept going except I was basically home and it started raining.

Taking today off (from running) and hitting up the beach. Hopefully hey a good half hour swim in.

I’m out of town for the week but hoping I can get on the treadmill tonight. I’m interested to see the difference vs outside in the hot Mexican sun.
