joe, people's gripes about the show today vs. what it used to be are somewhat legitimate. and they're certainly nothing new given the way season 7 was handled. you may mock them or discount them altogether because you really liked the way that your favorite character saved all of humanity by appearing out of nowhere straight out of mortal kombat and by stabbing the existential threat that seemingly no one could conquer in the leg with a dagger after he and his entire army of previously menacing white walkers stood there and did nothing, all in a matter of 10 seconds. but that doesn't mean people's opinions are wrong because you disagree with them.

I actually see Cersei using that as her defense. She’s proven before she’ll burn it all down.

I believe Cersei will be publicly beheaded while Sansa and Arya look on. Good chance the Hound swings the axe.

I'm sure others will agree. But the was so far beyond redemption for me. There was no way he was coming back at all. For me, there was no redemption. He was a piece of shit and he didn't deserve to live as long as he did.
He’s done some bad stuff, but so has many others, like Dany and Jaime. He’s done a lot of good lately. You can’t really be redeemed without doing bad things. I’ll agree that someone like Kylo or Cersei is nearly impossible.
Team Joey on this one.
Bran even said: «Thank you Theon. You are a good man.» Then he dies while trying to protect Bran. Can’t get much more redeemed than that.
He died in the Winterfell Godswood, as he should. But it should be with his neck on a block and either Stannis or Jon swinging a sword.
I’ve seen that you don’t think Jaime should get off free either.
You're god damned right he shouldn't.
By that logic, most of the characters on the show deserve the same.
This show was built on the idea that actions have consequences and that mistakes will be punished, no matter who you are. They've completely abandoned that in the last few seasons and it's to the detriment of the show.

I like that.

But Think she’ll go out as she lived. It’ll be sneaky and underhanded.

Possibly Arya sneaking in to finish her. Or Jaimie

Cool story, bro. I guess you got too pissed off at me to keep reading?

I supposed that depends on your own perspective. I'd say that's not even kind of true. But I'm also probably not using the same rubric you are.
