I don't think you're every going to find some magic set of data that proves it one way or another. That's not how it works. It's like thinking you know what happened in a football game by looking at the box score instead of watching the game.

The net of what the graphs appear to be saying is that "we are unable to collect data that would mathematically prove bias in treatment and this is why", so I don't think it proves anything either way.

Doing research on something else and came across this image. Obviously the specifics are different but the attitude feels familiar.
