Something Special would probably chart the highest out of everything else on the album. Waiting for Stevie or Won't Tell are perfectly fine options too. After that, I don't think there's a song that would get much airplay.

It's gotta be that Stevie song. No-brainer.
SOF is a great song for current PJ fans. Not-so-much for new-in-the-future fans.
All the "love" and "word from above" kind of stuff would not work well as a single.

I don't know if they've ever hit back to back #1s on that format (don't believe so). Alternative Rock is up to #6 and numbers 2 thru 4 are all trending down on plays.
This upcoming week is going to be weird once the July 4th holiday hits and all songs trend down due to alternative programming.
It's making some more moves. For Alternative, from #6 to #4. A move to #3 could happen soon as well.
For Active Rock, still at #2 but it's closing in on #1 and could be any day now.

I've taken up using touch tunes to try to pump this up when I'm about.

I wonder if this means a third single - perhaps on the eve of the next tour leg?

I mean for another band I’m sure yes; this album could have legs. A third single with a video and some tv appearances…but for PJ? Who knows really ! They might release another Quick Escae video live from one of this years’s shows.

Maybe a Target video?
Or a country collab with Post Malone?

Wreckage hits #1 on the Adult Alternative chart this week (Triple A). Holding strong there as it hits the dip on the other charts.

Absolutely love this song. It feels like the perfect time to release "Won't Tell" too—it has the potential to reach a wider audience beyond just PJ fans.
Both songs are always vying for the top spot on my list for this album.

Licensing their music to TV shows/movies/documentaries/video games is one thing they've done well over the past decade or so. I agree that hopefully they continue to do that. It almost seems like the best forms of distribution are:
1) Licensing
2) Viral Social Media (i.e. TikTok)
That 2nd one I think they have no clue how to do but it's a key way to reach a broader (and younger audience). The TikTok thing with the Jesus Skateboard videos and Even Flow is maybe the biggest thing that's happened to them in the past 10 years and they didn't even have anything to do with it.
