sorry! I didn't think you'd be on top of it that quickly.
No worries, normally I wouldn't be. I just happened to be in the thread and was posting that I'd updated the info when I got the "a new post has been submitted" messaged. I guess it makes more sense to let Morris and Verlander cut their teeth against the Expos anyways.

Says Lament to the guy that overhauled his entire lineup right before the Red Sox games.

If the season ended today they'd have a play-in game for the final playoff spot against the Red Sox tomorrow.

And the Astros would inexplicably play all their players out of position.

And we'd find out whether or not Commissioner Lament is more of a Bud Selig or a Judge Landis.

Good luck proving that I threw the game.

There's no system of checks & balances here. I'm judge, jury, and executioner, baby.

Isn't Chud vice-commissioner?

His sole duties are simming games when I can't. And I'm not sure his joke about fixing games was "appropriate" for a vice-commissioner...

Y'know, there's probably a very real chance that I'm the only member of the league who actually trusts chud with his vice-commissioner duties.

I'm glad to hear that, Skitch.

I think chud's love for the whatif tournaments is pure enough that he'd never taint them with his actions.

I think we're all loving this. I might just make 16 more teams this weekend, sim them up to day 5, and call it the national league.

We might as well just make every single team and have a 162 game season.

How many games are there? You're not playing the equivalent of an entire season, are you?

Right now thirty, followed by an eight team postseason. There's been increasing pressure to make it sixty (and apparently 120 as well).

I like 60. 120 is probably a bit much.

Seriously though, 120 would be amazing.
