I think Richard Thompson is gonna be my next big deep-dive into a large discography. Someone gave me Pour Down Like Silver and I'm really enjoying it.

Last night at happy hour, got in a convo with some buds about 80s rock bc some old guy played some Van Halen on the jukebox. One of my friends goes, "Van Halen has got to be one of the worst bands ever."

I said, "Woah. Who would you consider a good band then?"

Him: **takes huge sip of beer** ... "Motley Crue."

I haven't heard a single note of it but I love that Wilco recorded a secret album, titled it "Star Wars" and released it unexpectedly and for free on the Internet.
