JJJ interview with Chris, he talks about the drummer situation at around the 8-and-a-half minute mark. Says the door is basically constantly open for Matt Cameron to jump back in, even if that's halfway through a tour (as he did at the Hyde Park show a few months back). As far as he knows, Matt's expressed that he's keen to play on the Australian shows but the decision is his.

So do we need to register thru Soundwave? The ticketek site redirects you to there but I haven't investigated fully.

Chamberlain is a good replacement but Cameron is another world there.

Haven't seen them since 1997. If they decided to play Superunknown top to bottom, well I wouldn't be disappointed.

When I saw them at the BDO 2012 Cornell said from the stage that they would be back to do their own tour. That would have been ideal but I'm sure they'll still kick my ass regardless.

In terms of the set list my dream is that they just play all their heaviest tunes: Beyond The Wheel, Slaves & Bulldozers, 4th of July, New Damage, Incessant Mace, Limo Wreck, Jesus Christ Pose, that kind of stuff. Really tailor it to the event and not simply play what they would ordinarily play.

Those tracks would be great. I could do without Black Hole Sun, Blow Up, Burden etc.

Quite excited about this now. But I do hope they do their own tour sometime soon. Same with PJ.
