I don’t think so no. Guess the production was a mess and the producers are sure responsible too but she was in charge so…

30 years ago something similar happened in Argentina in a series when a bomb exploted in an actor’s hand while shooting an episode. It was filmed and everyone saw it on an awful tv show we had back in the day.

The original is a massive cult classic and is still a great movie.
