It's just funny that they were built up online as something major.
I honestly don't remember if they are mentioned on screen in The Force Awakens. Snoke definitely mentions them once in The Last Jedi. But other than a "flash/scene" in TFA and a shout out in TLJ... they aren't really talked about.

I agree that it's weird that they're more of an internet thing than anything. That's been my big issue with them all along.

I was expecting so much more than another bounty hunter. There was nothing memorable about her actually. We could have switched her with anyone and it would have the same emotional impact.

And her chemistry with Poe? There wasnt any.

Snoke refers them in TLJ as a huge cool group.

Yeah, i expected their fight with Kylo to be as cool as the throne scene. They should have been the guardians in the throne scene.

Thanks Rian.

Ooof... yeah, man, again I totally disagree. On all your points. *shrugs*

We just watched different movies or have different things that attract us in performances. So it goes.

I dont remember them being mentioned. Guess I can hate them after all.

At least that scene looked nice. Rian is an actual artist. The fight scenes in this were a step above Xena: Warrior Apprentice.

I always interpreted Snoke's line as mocking.

Oh and that alien guy who appears for like 5 minutes in the Falcon? I thought he was directly lifted from a Rick And Morty episode.

All of it. I bought their history and their chemistry. I liked the little bits of history we got. I believed that history completely. Oscar and Keri both did great work communicating a lot with just a few lines. The work she does behind that helmet is miraculous.

Ha!

Yeah, Klaud (sp?) is probably the dumbest thing about the movie. I love including more aliens but there's no reason why that couldn't have been Rose.

I never never bought that they had a past. But to be fair, i dont buy anything from Isaacs in this movie. Poor Keri she deserves a lot more. Hopefully she will be back in some form.

Yeah, if you can't buy into Oscar then that that makes sense.

Everyone's over the top with this movie. It's either brilliant or a disaster.

For me, it was cool, but there was some dumb stuff.

I'm actively trying to emphasize the great stuff because that's the kind of guy I am and I hate hate for hate's sake. But yeah I'm totally in agreement that there is dumb stuff in this movie.

Ultimately, the dumb stuff doesn't matter as much as the stuff that works. We should all calm down, but it really is a good movie.

If I'm an asshole for what I said, then yes. But that's not my take. You'll have to ask Burt and McP this question.
You’re not.
