I'm in charge of breakfast burritos for a camping trip this weekend.

I've got:
- tortillas
- eggs
- El Paso taco seasoning
- Veggie chorizo (I know, but we've got a vegetarian)
- Cheese (cheap mexican mix)
- Ore-Ida fozen hasbrowns
- Goya black beans
- Mateo salsa
- Herdez guacamole salsa

Am I missing anything?
I figure I crisp up the hashbrowns. Cook the eggs. Warm the chorizo. It all goes into a tortilla. Wrap it in foil, and toss it next to the fire.

Don’t forget to make your eggs the day before you leave.

Some cilantro would work well in your mixture

you should precook the chorizo and toss some onion in with it

Egg leather DOES sound like a Bammer invention.

I have dehydrated scrambled eggs and sausage for backpacking. The results are ... edible.

Anybody have Bill Miller BBQ where they're at? Terrible barbecue but I love their breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, Carne guisada tacos, pie...shit is hitting.
