this weekend i changed the rubber door boot seal on my washine machine

took 3 hours

so we're in the early process of taking on a big kitchen renovation..tonight the architect comes over to show us 3 different concepts she has come up with..not looking forward to the month or 3 it will take

that's the one we have. i regret the griddle. we never use it. and when we do, it's a bitch to clean. in hindsight i would've done 6 burners or 4 with the grill.

the knobs don't matter frankly. we have red, but i just kinda like the look of the black (or blue).

but the dual is a must. it takes a long time for our gas oven to heat, and the condensation collects on the marble back splash. plus, electric ovens heat more evenly. for the extra $1500 or so, it's worth it.
