Surprisingly good. The singles and clips released were maybe the worst moments of the album. (some of the released clips were rad, though). This is a very jammy album.

Shocked to hear that. I was expecting the worst.

I'm going to wait for a better source. I'm intrigued by this album.

The average song length being around 5-6 minutes per song gave me some hope. Really, I'm so happy with this album.

Unless an album quality leak comes about, I'll wait till release day. Have to admit I'm nervous. The new single was probably one of the weakest QOTSA songs I've heard, I'm hoping that's the worst song on the album.

its the worst QOTSA album by far.

First impression on this track isn't great.

Didn't listen to all of it (gonna wait for the album), but my first impression was quite positive. Lotsa Era Vulgaris vibes. Production still sounds pretty thin, though.

Quite a different track for the last 2 minutes or so....

Agree with the Era vulgaris vibes. I like the mellow tracks significantly more than the rockers. Only rocker I love is the opening track.

This and the "jammy" description a couple of posts ago don't really jibe together in my head, but both endorsements make me more excited than I was before.

It's a pretty strange album.

Gave the song a proper listen. I...I think I love it. A "jammy" Era Vulgaris sounds dead on. The last little section is killer. I think Josh Homme might be a lowkey Dax Riggs fan because is not the first time I've heard similarities.

Can't stop listening to it.
Villains of Circunstance and Feet Don't Fail Me are awesome.

That was pretty cool. Imagine if it didn't sound like it was recorded on a boom box underwater.

Victims might be their best closer. God damn this album is great.
