no..never been a flipper..this was our house since 2015..we're done with California now and in Seattle..vancouver is the next and final stop

Not my favorite idea, but it’s what Mr Pep wants to do. Might be better than a cruise in the Caribbean. Probably stay an extra day or two in London to see if we can get bitten by the King’s Guards horses.

The only cruise I’d even remotely consider is one of those Viking River cruises in Europe. But considering the average age is about 75, that’s still a long ways away for us.

I’m not that excited about it. Probably a bad person for hoping something goes awry before I book.

my wife and I were just talking the other day about how nice it would be to rent a big RV but have someone else drive wherever around the states and just hit up meat and 3's along the way..I'll pm you if it happens
