Dr. Van Nostrand wrote:so apparently Raw is canceled tonight and tomorrows Smackdown taping will be canceled as well due to a bad snow storm. i wonder what if anything they will air tonight
i assume the equipment is already there. they could still do the show from the arena, just in a vastly different way. set up the pre-show table, have interviews, maybe do some flashback type stuff.

there is a travel ban in effect at 9pm so if they do the show it will be with out a crowd and they will be stuck there after. i had heard they were already packing up the trucks to get out of town before they were snowed in

They are doing a studio show from hq in ct. No live show, the smack down taping for tomorrow got cancelled, and a live smack down will air Thursday that will essentially be raw.

I swear they are bigger every time she appears on tv. She's going to be like one of those novelty porn acts in a few months.

Well shit, that was a rubbish Rumble match.

Triple threat got me amped, things were going well, then Bryan just kind of lazily gets tossed out and things tanked. The booking was atrocious. I don't mind Reigns, and it was pretty obvious he was going to win and needed to be distanced from Bryan's elimination, but sheesh, get some storylines going.

Bryan should've been screwed by his WrestleMania opponent, who would have then taken on megaheat for the next few minutes before being eliminated by Reigns or somebody.
Kane/Big Show should NOT have been in the final 4. Have that be Wyatt/Rusev/Ambrose/Reigns so you can have a bit of a nailbiter with some legit possibilities.
Should've saved Bubba to prop up the last third - no surprises there to keep excitement up. 29 and 30 had already qualified for the Rumble.

The Rumble should be a way to set up 3-4 WrestleMania matches. They did Miz/dow, which has been coming for ages and might basically wrap up pre-'Mania; Reigns; and made Bray look strong for
Spoiler: show
Taker, apparently
.

In the pro-wrestling world, Bryan vs Brock would've been the ultimate underdog story, but Reigns would've worked with solid booking.

Rubbish? Haha I love the Brits.

Agreed on your final 4. I thought Wyatt looked incredible. Damn he is captivating. You just can't look away.

Both the title match and Rumble are on USA tonight. That is pretty badass. LOL @ the people who paid for PPV last night.

Well, if you watch ppvs and don't already have the network, you are an idiot.

Ps: I know there are people that can't get the network, they are excluded.

I know a dude who doesn't have the network and gets a few ppvs a year still. I make fun of him a lot for it.

Especially now that you can cancel it anytime, you could just get it for the months you got ppv's and save like 50 bucks each time.

The 450 splash or whatever it was he did at the end of the match was unreal considering how gassed he must have been. Phenomenal performance from him.

Phoenix splash. Yes unbelievable.

Here is Tyler Black (Rollins) hitting it more flush in ROH. Haha @ that no sell by Bryan.

it was probably just me, but watching Raw last night without the crowd reactions to effect things, i actually started to feel interested in Brock vs Reigns. and i kinda liked that they talked about stuff like Reigns being hand picked by the higher ups to be the next big thing.

Yeah, they have to do this match. If they change it for the second year in a row because of crowd reaction, the Royal Rumble is rendered meaningless in the future. I don't think anyone's saying Reigns sucks, or won't be a top guy one day, but he's not ready for the spotlight yet. His mic skills are brutal, and his in ring work leaves a lot to be desired. I was thinking about it, and the last guy to main event mania with as little in ring singles match experience as Reigns? Lawrence Taylor.
