I have a theory about dentist offices and their hot staff actually.

You want to avoid dentists where everyone who works there is hot.

It's ok to have some hot people, pretty people need jobs too. But everyone should not be hot, you want some normal looking people in there, too.

The reason is that there are two types of dentists: medical-focused and superficial-focused.

I go to the dentist to keep my teeth healthy, not to be more beautiful. If a dentist only has hot people in the office, it means they tend to hire the highest person who applies for a job. Not necessarily the most qualified. A dentist who cares about health will ignore a job applicant's look and hire the best candidate

You know who is crazy fucking hot? My dermatologist. Not her staff, they're normal-looking. It's just her that's insanely attractive

No, I am not. I specifically said that pretty people also deserve jobs

I guess, when you think about it for a real long time, it makes sense that all hot people are dermatologists. They have pretty skin, and they feel more comfortable in a world where they're not the only ones with pretty skin. Tragic fate as it may be that they can't make all ugly people pretty like them, no matter how hard they try and how much money they make.
