Regardless, what's clear across all three movies is Daisy Ridley's a superstar and I'd pay to see her play just about anyone.
Ultimately, I'm guessing they're done with the Skywalker story but it'd be a damn shame not to continue Rey's adventures in some form. Too good a character and performance to leave it at Rise.
And I'd kill to see a Rise of Kylo Ren series on Disney+.
Daisy Ridley and Adam Driver are the best things about the sequel trilogy
Tied for second after the porgs.

ha wow did they really just randomly go back to Tatooine again at the end? I headed for the door before that.
The message of this movie is that if you have two lightsabers, you can make the bad man go away.
What a cynical piece of shit.

They did go back to Tatooine at the end. But I didn't take it as random fan service the way others have (surprise, surprise, I know).
But you're right, taking away that "message" from the movie is as cynical as it gets.

keep in mind that my criticisms of the movie don't constitute personal attacks against you.

How stupid is Palpatine in this movie? Why is he so trusting? lol he's terrible at this.
Oh yeah it's because the filmmakers had to remake Return of the Jedi again.

So you’re here to be a firebrand and reshape all our minds?
You just sound like an asshole at this stage.
But I’m sure that isn’t unintentional.

What about this is a ROTJ retread? Many people have said this and I'm curious what they mean by it. I'm not going to argue or fight or attack you (or anyone else) I'm just really curious. What do you mean when you say that?

Reading/watching reviews of the movie it's amazing how many people talk about the pace of this thing as a negative. It probably says too much about me but I thought the pace worked from the first viewing. And it was only strengthened by the second. I think this movie is really well paced.

I’ve been manic lately and I had to take a Xanax halfway through the movie on first viewing because the pace was too much for me and my mind was flying

You're not alone friend. Tons of people had the same experience. Have you had a chance to see it again yet?

This obsession with "they made it up as they went along!" is so boring.

Yup. Still felt there was too little time before we reached another action sequence

It was a combination of the pace and the amount of exposition that was dizzying.
