It’s because people aren’t following basic mitigation like mask wearing. They go to friends or family’s homes, and breath all over each other because they think it’s a safe space. That it isn’t is the reality people aren’t joining.

I see masks everywhere. I think it's true that it is spreading in people's homes though. Not much you can really do about that.
