Is it a parade celebrating their consistency over the regular season? I doubt the city woulf set time aside to celebrate their lucky breaks in the high-variance environment of the playoffs.

Ah ok. Must have been a hell of a party in Missouri last November with both the Royals and Cards holding parades.

Why should the winners get all the parades? The losers are the ones who need their spirits lifted.

No, people just think it's funny that two weeks ago you were bragging about your cake and explaining why it didn't matter whether or not you got to eat it because the important thing is that you had it, and now you've taken a bite and you're making sure everyone knows how good it tastes.
