The outros of Won't Tell and Wreckage are also great examples of Ed's voice soaring and elevating the songs.

I think a lot of people on this board owe Andrew Watt and Pearl Jam a grovelling, snivelling apology.

They have concluded expectation and created an alternative rock masterpiece that is clearly the best PJ album since Yield.

On your knees and kiss the ring haters.

Where would DM land for a guy who believes Gigaton was their best since Binaural?

Asking for a friend.
I find it to be equal to Gigaton, if for completely different reasons (it's very different but is an album from a band making an effort)

Best since Quadrophenia...from the ashes of Mother Love Bone

I'm already hanging out for the post-Watt era.

I am not very hopeful such a thing as a post-Watt era will exist

They will wait for his schedule to clear before commencing work on future albums. Genuinely believe he will be the guy for the remainder of their career.

It really is disappointing that my 10C vinyl has not moved and it’s Tuesday.

Really like the album, just saw/heard it at the cinema. Deep and meaningful Lyrics, the band are all shining and there are a couple of really classic 'commercial' type songs in there as well. Really enjoy some of Mike's solos, can't wait to hear them live in November!

The whole band sounded on 'song' and rocking hard (for the rocking songs) Mike was letting loose on a couple of tracks

Eddies voice sounded great with his versatility for the quieter songs and the 'rockier' sections.

I really liked the general 'sound' of the album.

The last 25 years of my Pearl Jam fandom can be described as Waiting For Waiting For Stevie

I can see a few songs going into heavy rotation for their concerts. As i mentioned a couple of mid temp tracks had a radio friendly vibe (although some people hate that lol)

I really liked the album a lot :)

Makes me more excited for the concerts.
