I’m sitting here just wishing I could get a response to a job application while wease is just hoping 1 out of 20 people just show up. Wtf is wrong here.

Depends on how the phone interview went. Reason given for the request. Whether or not I believe the reason given for the request.
That said, it certainly doesn’t help them.
