I really like YouTube TV so far, after about 3 months with it. There was a bit of a learning curve/adjustment period but we're used to it now. My only complaint now is my shitty internet.

I love YT TV. They had a split screen of the baseball and football Monday night all ready to go.

An antenna will cover most of the NFL.
Just subscribe to YouTube TV/Hulu TV for those two months for the latter two. Does your team have a local RSN that has an online pass?
MLB has it's own service, doesn't it? The Braves are not local for me.

Yeah, they have League Pass. It's worth it if you're a diehard.

Let's hope I don't need to cancel my World Series hotel just yet.

Oh that's right. I forgot about that.

I don't have a favorite in this match up, but I hope you get to use your reservations in a few weeks.

I’m officially on a break from cable until baseball season starts.

I’d like to think I will use this time to read and play guitar, but I’ll probably just RM more than usual.

I have a subscription to classic channels and sports, but it's strictly digital, through apps on the apple tv.

Fantastic. Just in time for March Madness. Will also be handy for college football in the fall.

Actually, it's a game non-changer. You don't have to change the channel to see your games!

I'll see myself out.

 I was hoping this meant you can choose the camera angles during football games. I only care about Dolphins.

Finally just cut the cord on live tv service. With all of the fucking add on apps we already have, we can watch shows same day between Hulu, Paramount, and Peacock. The only thing we use live tv for any more is Jeopardy and sports. I can get all of the sports through ESPN or FS apps, and we can get local channels OTA with the antenna. Just cut about $90/month, feels good.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

how hard was it to extricate yourself from their clutches? The guy from Spectrum was real jerk!
We were actually using Hulu Live tv, so I guess I didn't cord cut? But cutting down on TV expenditures. I can watch everything we already do, just without the convenience of a guide to pull it up. Will have to navigate between apps now, but I can deal with that.

I think we added more apps to watch tv after we put the dog down and saved about $600 a month
