nah... do you have seasonal allergies? mine were real bad a day or two ago ... maybe that could be it

I do have seasonal allergies and tend to sleep only on my left side of my face, which is the one that feels a little more puffy

Perhaps the water pills caused fluid to pool on that side overnight

I didn't end up getting the water pills, I am out and need more.
My face is now evened out. I think constantly sleeping on the left side is no good and that I need to sleep on my back a bit. Which I have done before. It's actually considered healthy.

I'm still struggling with putting on muscle, but I've upped my protein intake, so hopefully I'll see some results
