I had to pass along some additional info to Tesla through the app from my local insurance agent and the response from Tesla was quick and accurate.
I tend to forget how much paperwork is involved with a car lease yet somehow choose this path every three years.

Had to fire off an OSHA threat before 7am. Builders just left this huge beam resting on top of the scaffolding three stories up. Residents have to walk under this to get to their cars, the trash bins, etc.

Foreman said they’d be here over an hour ago to move it back onto the roof, but of course no sign of anyone yet.

I have yet to see a hard hat or other PPE too, which tells me these guys aren’t too serious about safety compliance. Also when they were throwing debris down into the courtyard from three floors up during the demo.
