Maybe. Maybe not. I plan on doing a normal run after work tomorrow since today is cold and rainy.

I get it. It took me awhile to learn to slow down some at first on longer runs.

I did 2 miles of speed intervals tonight. My lungs did not like it.

Did not run today. Will run tomorrow morning. Hoping for another 7 miler. But the way I'm feeling, I'll call 5 and up a win.

Work kicked my ass this week and unexpected events upended my schedule so I hadn't run since Monday!

It was really difficult but so glad I got out.
