Made guac earlier this week for dinner. Put too much jalapeño in it but still delicious. Wasn’t thrilled with the avocado quality in the limited choice I had at the grocery

seasoned some chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, and sea salt...threw them in the air fryer, and made tacos with 'em.

doing a british breakfast tonight...some over easy eggs with canned beans..the beans will have some of the leftover brisket burnt ends in them..also having some toast points and sliced tomatoes..

Not a Blue Apron meal. My wife accidentally had a week’s worth of dinners sent to our other residence. Trying to find a taker now so I don’t have to drive into the city to retrieve it.
