Re: The Running Thread
Due to weather and then back issue last Saturday, I'd only done one mile since Tuesday the week before last. That mile was on Monday when I thought my back was okay enough to give it a try. It did not like me the next morning.
I went yesterday and heavy legs got to me fairly quickly. I got through 3 miles at a 29:40. Not great, but I was really glad to get back out there.

Does your fraction/ratio represent the number of days out of the year so far that’s you gone running?Bammer wrote:I’m taking today off

Congrats on all the running, fellas!
Would any of you guys want to share your height/weight for my RM BMI Roundup on the weight loss thread?

Re: The Running Thread
I haven’t been able to run hardly at all lately - only 4 miles this month until this morning. But I did 3.05 miles in 29:00 minutes on the treadmill. It felt pretty good too so I’m happy.
Doing a 5k glow run on the 25th, but not sure I’ll do overly well.

Re: The Running Thread
Doing a race on Saturday. I have 9.5 miles on the month and my legs feel pretty crappy. I can’t get much running in until then, so I probably shouldn’t try very hard on Saturday.

I’m to the point where a lot of days I don’t want to do it but I’m in the habit now, so I do it.

Re: The Running Thread
5k race tonight. It ends up being 3.30 miles since they want it to start and end in the same parking lot. Annoying.
I know I'm going to suck.
