Did 4 miles in 39:52. My average heart rate was 163. I'm not sure it's ever been that low, at least at that pace.

After two weeks off, I finally got back out today. A very easy 3 miler at a 10min pace. 60 degrees. Gorgeous. Just wanted to kick the rust off. Felt great.

4 miles in 39:00. I was aiming for 10:00 miles for the first three, then an if i'm lucky 9:00 fourth mile. Ended up doing the fourth in 9:05, but I really wish I'd look at my watch near the end because I could have got it under 9:00 easily. Though I wasn't going all out to begin with.

I need to be more consistent with getting out there. Not a good start to the year.
