Well, I was gonna grill some tenders and corn to have with our salads but I ran out of propane so I’m gonna finish everything off in the oven

a large can of cento brand san marzano tomatoes that i smash up with a potato masher..a few ounces of italian red wine..plenty of garlic..a lot of fresh basil..and whatever your tolerance is for
dried red chili pepper for spiciness..i also get 2 spicy italian sausages from the store..i cook one whole in the sauce and take the casing off the other and break it up for the sauce..just let it simmer for an hour or more..pretty basic but it works well
