What issue do people have with Eddie's voice in Future Days? Not the song itself, just his voice

My main issue with his voice in that song is that he is singing that song.

Did somethin' out theyyyeeaaaa hheeeeyyyaaaaaa

way too many syllables in one or two syllable words

but hey, that's modern Eddie.

I actually can't even remember how Guaranteed goes anymore. When I try to imagine it in my head, it turns into Just Breathe right away.

I'm playing it now for the first time in forever. It's a bit better than Just Breathe. It feels like calculated. Probably better than The End too. It has way more in common with those two songs than anything else. I don't hear the Future Days comparison at all.

I really don't like very many of Ed's campfire songs, now that I think about it. Probably just Thumbing My Way, Man of the Hour, and Elderly Woman.
