Varys doubting Daenarys is perfectly logical. He saw the good in her, and the way she received followers across the sea. He put his faith in her, for the good of the realm. His goals have never been to support one family at all costs, it has been to have the Seven Kingdoms be run by a good ruler, for the benefit of all. He's seen her weak points before, but it was always better than the alternative, with Joffrey or Cersei in charge.

Sansa should probably be more grateful for the help in defeating the Night King and the dead. But again, it makes sense that she is negative to Daenarys. She is a foreign ruler with foreign troops. She's stubborn and doesn't listen to others. Sansa's advice that they wait before moving south was the best advice in the episode, but easily dismissed by Daenarys.

Who will Dany have left is she loses Grey Worm (plus many of the other unsullied and dothraki) and her dragon? There is very few in Westeros that wishes to follow her.

We all know and heard it said they can’t attack the city itself so they need a battlefield. I don’t mind the convenience of one appearing but they could have st least tried to match up the topography

Varys jump from being an advisor to implementing her death/downfall is far too abrupt I reckon.

I think he has had plenty of reasons why, but it could probably have been executed a little better. He did seem to change from doubt to certainty in this episode.

We're probably all in agreement that Cersei did not offer Riverrun to Bronn, right? That wasn't part of his discussion with Qyburn at all, so it seems like he's using that as a chip to try and get something huge from Tyrion. He is really shaping up to be a modern Lann the Clever.

Why are people so upset with and blaming Benioff and Weis for the way things are playing out right now when ultimately these major points are still under the guidance of Martin?

They know how Martin’s story ends but not how he gets there. They even say in the recap that they chose Arya themselves to kill the NK
