took the day off because I've got to get a steroid injection in my eye this morning. I have an autoimmune condition that causes a shit-ton of floaters in my left eye, both eyes, but more prominently the left. I take humira for it, but sometimes I get a bad flare up and the floaters are so bad it can blur my vision. Noticed a flare-up yesterday, and didn't want to spend our upcoming vacation that way. the shot lasts about 6 months.

did the injection hurt?

I haven't gotten it yet, but from past experience...no. they numb the hell out of it with drops.
