Did a 5k race today and finished at 28:40. I haven’t been able to run much at all the past month with a sinus infection that caused a lot of fatigue, so I wasn’t sure how this would go. I would have been content with 30:00 considering, so I’m very happy with this.

I’ll stress that no way could I do this on pavement, or even a treadmill. Taking the impact out of the equation works much better for my body.
tbh I didn't even pay attention to the part about the machine. How does it differ in exertion to pavement or treadmill?

Did two moderately paced miles. The first felt alright, but the second was a struggle. I don't know what's going on with my stupid white legs.

Air quality is still too poor to run outside today so I did my first treadmill run in a long while. Felt fine other than the temp in the gym. It was a thousand degrees, so I only did 3.5 miles. Still, I must have dropped ten pounds in water weight.

Very nice.
Going out in a bit. Hope to up my mileage because it's been short runs only recently. I'll listen to my bod.

3 miles in 28:15. Most normal run I’ve had in two months.

I've learned to be okay with taking the summer months more or less off, but good job guys. I peep this thread from time to time and everybody's work looks amazing.
