I am enjoying an afternoon homemade espresso right now.

Snatch, you gotta get a separate milk frother. Put a lid, press the button, wallah.

was at the hardware store at lunch buying materials to build a few planter boxes. 8 treated 2x4's, 8 feet long, cost me 24 bucks. That is enough to build the two I want right now. The checkout person asked what I was building, I told him, and he said "you know we sell kits for those?". I told him I was good but decided to go look and see what he was talking about. To make a 2' by 2' box that is only 5.5 inches high costs 50 bucks. :/

This is in a very shady area of the yard, but the neighbor dog keeps digging under the fence there, sticking his nose under, and making our dogs freak out. So I'm going to put some mosses and ferns in there that will do well in the shade.

Jesus, the "call before you dig" people are SO bad at marking. I hit two utilities outside of the threshold of their markings. I could have dug right on their damn lines and had better luck.

Just had an estimate for this Spring’s fun: getting our decaying outdoor front entry redone. Steps, walkway, railings, front door, and lights.

I smell a conspiracy.

Back to the coffee maker topic ... I couldn’t live without my espresso machine and the thought has never occurred to me to froth milk and make lattes. Just give me a damn shot (or two). It has a built in grinder. Only way to go. It makes a “long shot” or a full cup also. Only downside is you cannot make a full pot for company. You have to make one cup at a time. (Hello $30 Mr. Coffee)

PS - Strat the word is voila.

PPS - Is this thread’s presence in A&E the last remaining relic of the Garbage Dump?

PPPS - Is Trag really still gone?

Man, we are still doing hurricane cleanup in the back yard. 10 total trees had to be cut down, stumps grinded, left quite a mess. The grass area still looks like shit from all of the fence and tree people doing their thing over the winter.
