I was all good to go shoot a conference in Miami and it was just postponed. I think this is the first direct effect this outbreak has had on my life.

Wonder how much more we will see of that. Schools are closed in Italy.

All I know is they better not cancel the Ween shows in Vegas next week.

The school that was the epicenter of the very small outbreak in Rhode Island was closed all week this week; another school was closed for one day to be cleaned, although it hasn't been linked to any confirmed cases.

When I went to the school for my son's playgroup on Tuesday, they had new hand-washing rules where every adult had to wash their hands with soap and warm water (not just hand sanitizer) and a staff member stood next to us while we did it (she also said they are doing random spot-checks of the rooms to make sure she's doing her job of checking us, so it's pretty serious). The school serves a lot of students with developmental disabilities, so there's a great chance plenty of the kids are immunocompromised, so it does make a lot of sense. They didn't have the kids wash their hands, though, which was a little odd.

It’s not affecting kids at all weirdly.

I don’t know if they’ve established if kids can carry it and pass it on but almost none have been infected last I’ve heard

A kid here in Washington state had it and they had to shut the school down

I got such a cool Michael Jackson like entrance. Out of the ambulance into a wheelchair and three guards walked ahead and had cleared all these corridors and barking at people nearby to stay where they were while I’m getting wheeled through.

The the guy wheeling me all in hazmat and the girl behind him mopping the whole way after our oath.

It was quite something
