My wife went out and bought a new AppleWatch, so she gave me her old one. We’ll see how this goes.

Did you get them from Temple & Webster? I got some from there and installed them out front. They look great and have lasted brilliantly so far (about 3 years or so). Can make a huge difference to your outdoor area.

Well, they definitely work but my nose looked flared out for like an hour after taking it off. Not sure it's gonna be an every night thing.
Oh weird, that’s never happened to me. I use the sensitive skin ones though, maybe not as hardcore and you could try.
Have either of you tried nose cones, e.g. AirMax or Max-Air? They say they're even better than strips:
Conclusion: Although both the Max-Air Nose Cones and the Breathe Right nasal strips increased PNIF from baseline, the Max-Air Nose Cones showed significantly greater efficacy at stenting the anterior nasal airway, providing twice the improvement in PNIF over baseline than did the Breathe Right nasal the strips.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21819762/
while the strip works well for me, i've noticed it irritating the skin on my nose a bit. so purely from a vanity standpoint, going to give the cones a go tonight.

People all over our neighborhood have e bikes - older kids and adults mostly.
I’m curious if whiskey throttle is a thing with e bikes.

begin rant/

I'm really not a fan of ebikes, I mean it just feels like yet another step towards a future like this:
Image

Some say it will make people who do not usually ride a bike exercise more because it makes riding a bike easier, but show me the studies/statistics that prove that. Others say they choose it because they sweat less when riding an ebike. Well how about you ride a normal bike which gets you into better shape which makes you sweat less. I see 80 year old grannies riding a normal bike here so I see no reason why I would buy an ebike to a kid.

The statistics already show that young men in their 20's are in all time worst shape over here, so why would we need yet another thing which presumably makes people exercise less? The escoots are already a disaster in that sense, not to mention that taking care of escoot accidents costs about 300 million euros a year over here which the tax payers end up paying.
