I get the whole a lot of cops aren't very nice to black people thing.. but some of those guys getting shot aren't exactly angels and wouldn't think twice about killing the cop if they didn't shoot first.. if you don't think that's a possibility you're pretty fucking naive
Are any of you guys cops and have you been in their position in a life or death situation?? Not that I have, but I have friends who work in some pretty shitty areas.. and from what they say, it's pretty fucking scary

I'm not a cop but in the military I was in village after village full of adult men that hated me because I was American. I know they wanted to shoot me. But I didn't shoot them because of that. And that is in some shithole undeveloped country. So why can't we get it right here?

COPS AREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE FUCKING MERCENARIES. THEY ARE COPS AND SHOULD DO EVERY FUCKING THING POSSIBLE TO NOT KILL SOMEONE IF IT IS NOT REQUIRED.
Last night they had a stand off with the guy and used a robot to detonate a bomb and kill him. That makes sense. Pulling someone over a for a broken tail light and killing him does not. This is why black people are angry and this has been happening tot hem for hundreds of years.

I mean particular individuals get on my nerves
All I'm saying is that these stories are way more complex than its always the cops fault or always the black guys fault
Somebody said earlier n the thread that we're living the beginning of a post apocalyptic world, and I'd imagine that's the best explanation for it all

because there is still right and wrong. And pulling someone over for a tail light and then killing them is wrong. There is no "more to the story", bugs.

Have any of these situations seen an investigation where a cop was brought to trial and condemned for what happened? apart from the one in Florida? did he even get jail for that?
