AC/DC was wack. Rush was pretty good -- save for Geddy's vocals -- which were never great to begin with and have aged poorly. Alex Lifeson's guitar solos are still unreal, though. Just incredible playing.

You can be club president. You've got the temperament.

Very cool to see TCV playing again....hope they make another album and tour. Also, pretty cool to see Lars and Brian playing those ACDC songs.

I havent seen much, but feels like a very fun and emotional event.

They are!

I'm just surprised Jorge wasn't already a big fan.

They seem like they could be his kind of thing.

Lars Ulrich, geriatric Brian Johnson and no Youngs: that's no AC/DC.

Payback for Brian Johnson bullying Ralphie all those years ago.

Sure. The songs are still extremely boring!

The s/t supergrass album was my favorite album for like two years there round Y2K. Was so mad when they broke up before I got a chance to see them live. Did see Gaz Coombes solo once and he played like three Supergrass songs which were incredible. Of course they were about to do a big reunion tour when covid hit. Hopefully they reschedule something soon, especially off the good vibes from this show.

Platypus listen to the self-titled record challenge.

also Violet Grohl is fucking talented, hope we get music from her.

I think Dave tried too hard and too much, but he always seemed like a cool guy. I imagine this will change a lot in the foos camp, but it they want to continue they could get Josh Freese for touring maybe, and in a few years Taylor's son too.

For his sake, I hope nobody pushes him towards this and he becomes an accountant or schoolteacher (or something equally less public).

Too much expectation on the kid already, I'm sure it's been very hard losing his Dad.

Yeah but he lost his dad to drug addiction, not to being a badass drummer. He's got real promise behind the kit.

I’m confident the Foos will put out a new album next year. I think the drummer on the album will be Dave.

Maybe he should be a drummer/singer. They already have like 5 guitarists anyway

im thinking he could be the studio drummer like in the first batch of albums and then they could use Josh Freese for touring for example.
