JJ's good at fan service, for sure. So it's not beyond him to bring in Mara Jade from the EU. But it feels like to deep of a pull for the mass-audience. Which is why I don't think they'll do it. But I don't mind being wrong, that's for sure. I'd love to finally see her on screen.

What if bringing her in ties into the tv series where we could get the backstory behind it?

Yknow what? I’ve often said it but sometimes I think fan theories of where they should go and do might be better than what they end up doing sometimes

At this point, making her a Skywalker would feel like they are trying too hard to clean things up.
